Pantheon was founded by Sean O’Brien and Richard Clarke in 2017. After both working for International and National specialist agencies, Sean and Richard were responsible for building one of the largest Rec2Rec’s in the UK. In 2012 Sean and Richard founded their own Rec2Rec venture which was successfully sold in 2017. Having completed their earn-out and restrictions Sean and Richard founded Pantheon with the vision to build a larger business supported by technology and ran on recruitment best practice.

Our philosophy is knowledge and quality over volume. Forming real partnerships, truly understanding our markets, candidates and clients is at the heart of everything we do.
