This role will also give you the chance to lead a team, influence, inspire &amp; develop others In this role, you will lead all of the cylinder filling &amp; handling activities ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of our employees and services, provided to customers both internal and external As well as running the operation, you will have responsibility and ownership for the production cost centre You will act as the responsible site landlord, providing the safe and efficient management of the site, working to identifying tenants and safety processes which all parties agree and operate to Safety is at the forefront of what we do, so you will ensure compliance with COMAH regulations and Health &amp; Safety legislation, acting as a primary contact with the HSE and all external parties, ensuring compliance is always maintained You will not only provide a safe and fulfilling environment, for all employees but you will act as a leader to empower the team to fulfil their best Ensuring current and future codes of practice and standards are applied and adhered to, whilst ensuring that all cylinder filling &amp; handling activities are consistently met, including the implementation of stock accuracy and control procedures As an individual who embraces change, you will continuously seek improvements in the safety and efficiency of our operations through the adoption of best operating and commercial processes and by inspiring and developing the skills and competencies of the team And finally, as part of this role you will work to achieve the set productivity targets What about you? You have a HNC or HND qualification or are working towards qualification or equivalent working experience Highly safety conscious with a working knowledge and understanding of Health &amp; Safety legislation and of ISO9001:2008 - ISO14001 operating procedures and systems Ideally, you are NEBOSH certified. Most importantly, you have the ability to influence others, embrace change and use your abilities to lead others through change Experience of cylinder filling and handling or experience within a similar manufacturing operation - for example think liquid filling, process pipework type environments. Excellent business and financial competence with proven budget leadership skills You have good people management skills and a passion for engaging and developing others Experience working with recognised trade union would be an advantage My client is a renowned global business with in excess of 80,000 employees and a turnover of 25bn Euros. Plant Manager

This is a hybrid role (after probabtionary period) that will typically be 3 days a week in the Bletchley office and 2 days from home. My client is seeking a skilled experienced (at least 1 year in a similar role) Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Job Description: The Digital Marketing Executives, primary role is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and resonate with their target audiences. You will work across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email and websites, to create compelling content, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships. By analysing campaign performance, staying abreast of industry trends and implementing optimisation strategies, you will drive measurable results and contribute to the overall success of the marketing efforts. The role will also provide a range of administrative support services to our Client Account Directors which may include dealing with technical and national press, telephone support, organising diaries, managing correspondence, postal services and ensuring all internal online platforms are kept up to date. Main Tasks: ·Working alongside the Client Account Directors in creating and delivering engaging communications activity and marketing projects across all channels ·Assisting in creating engaging content for our and all client’s digital channels including their social media accounts, website, and other relevant platforms ·Reporting on the effectiveness of all campaigns using relevant monitoring tools and analytics and using your insight to improving relevant campaigns and the channels used ·Measuring and evaluating the success of PR and marketing activities ·Ensuring that all colleagues are kept fully informed of all ongoing activities using our internal CRM system ·Dealing with client and press enquiries in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
