Car Sales Administrator - Bromsgrove, West Midlands Our client, a Multi Franchise Motor Dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Dealership in Bromsgrove Monday to Friday 40 hours. Flexible start times bi-weekly; 8.30am - 5pm one week and 9am-5.30pm another Remote Working is available You will be currently working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator in the Motor Trade and already have an in-depth knowledge of the systems and processes that are required in this professional environment. You must have comprehensive knowledge of areas such as AFRL and vehicle licensing in general, plus experience of working with dealer management systems such as Kerridge and be an organised individual who can quickly become part of the new team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an extremely ambitious dealer group and be part of a great team. Preferred candidates must possess a real drive and professional approach, a confident telephone manner and be constantly using your initiative. You should be able to build long term trusting relations with your team. Candidates must also be exceptionally well organised with regard to their diary and administration and have a proactive, and have a respectful style of approach as appropriate to the brand. This is a centralised position working with a team of 5 Sales Administrators. the person needed is to be proficient in new car admin and used car admin and who is able to adapt well to change as our processes are adapting as we progress. Service Manager - Car Dealership - West Midlands - OTE 55K depending on experience We have received an instruction from our Client a multi-franchised Dealer Group who are looking to recruit a successful and motivated Service Manager to work in one of their Dealership in the Dudley area. This is an important role and requires candidates who can manage both volume and the added demands of manufacturer operating standards. The Role Managing a team of 10 technicians, a Workshop Controller and 2 front of House staff. This is an ideal role for an operationally successful and customer centric Service Manager who wants to further their career and a market leading brand. Relevant Experience &amp; Qualifications Required The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following:- Monitor continuously the achievement of Customer Service levels and provide effective support to Parts and Car Sales Departments. Identify problems, agree and take corrective action where required including personnel training, new operating procedures, discipline, etc. Develop Service Department Plans and Budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and targets Describe and assess Service Department market potential and revenue forecasts Develop operating expense, capital budgets and profit improvement targets Create, agree and implement sales, merchandising, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of Service Department Plans and Budgets Establish, implement and regularly review the training programme for all productive and non-productive staff to ensure the progressive development of all Service personnel Contribute as a member of the management team to the development of the business and to the public relations activities of the dealership Utilise monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability and productivity of the Service Department, including monitoring workshop efficiency, debtors and working capital Relevant Experience &amp; Qualifications Required Current Aftersales experience is essential Experience of working within the brand would be advantageous. This is an important role and requires candidates who can manage both volume and the added demands of manufacture Standards. being part of a team of 10 technicians, a Workshop Controller and 2 front of House staff. The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the Key point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is at the dealership. You will ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Therefore, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with all customer enquiries. As a Service Advisor, you will be efficient in identifying the customers’ requirements. You are able to work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure of a busy service department. Along with your customer centric attitude, you will be dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising on technical queries/issues. Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle. Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
