What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant? You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients in the Charity and NFP space, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end. You will be recruiting for range from globally known charities to smaller and more local NGOs, to housing associations and various institutions. You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates.
