Reed.co.uk and JobAdder, the global recruitment software provider, have announced a new partnership that will deliver a streamlined candidate management experience.
Through an integration coined as ‘Direct Apply’, businesses that use JobAdder to manage their recruiting will now enjoy a faster and more efficient experience when recruiting via Reed.co.uk.
Direct Apply
Any JobAdder business user with a Reed.co.uk account can post an advert and receive applications through their JobAdder account, without needing to separately log in to their Recruiter account on Reed.co.uk.
When a candidate completes their application on Reed.co.uk, Reed.co.uk will automatically forward the candidate’s details – along with associated documentation such as CVs, covering letters and screening answers – straight to a business’ JobAdder account.

Making the most of this new integration as a JobAdder user
Direct Apply is quick and easy to set up. Just make sure you have valid job credits in your recruiter account on Reed.co.uk, then/sign in to your JobAdder account and post your job advert directly from there. JobAdder will then send the information to Reed.co.uk and the job advert will be published for you, with all applications automatically delivered straight to your JobAdder account.
