At reed.co.uk, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

In fact, our Customer Advisory Board was specifically set up to hear more about what recruiters really think about our service – as well as finding out what challenges they face, and giving them an opportunity to share knowledge.

Here’s a little more about what our Customer Advisory Board is all about – and details on how you might be able to take part.

 

What is the Customer Advisory Board?

Set up in early 2017, our Customer Advisory Board consists of a small group of recruiters and in-house talent executives, who meet on a regular basis to discuss challenges and share ideas and insights within the internal recruitment space

 

 

What do they discuss?

The Customer Advisory Board discuss everything from the latest recruitment legislation, through to budgeting tips and opinions on our products and services.

Topics covered by CAB over the last 12 months include:

  •         GDPR
  •         How to contact candidates
  •         The future workforce
  •         Brexit (and its implications on the job market)
  •         reed.co.uk branding
  •         Product discussions (including CV searching and job posting)

 

Who takes part?

A number of businesses have taken part in one of our Customer Advisory Board meetings, ranging from in-house recruiters for SMEs, through to larger agency-based recruiters.

Companies who have taken part include Virgin Active, Countrywide, River Island, Gap, Connells, Addison Lee and many more.

 

 

Why become part of the Customer Advisory Board?

CAB doesn’t just help us improve our products.

They’re a great opportunity for recruiters in a wide range of industries to share their knowledge – not to mention provide valuable insights which could help improve their own recruitment strategy.

They’re also a good excuse to talk in a more relaxed setting, with previous meetings including breakfast at the Gherkin and Duck and Waffle, through to Christmas drinks at the OXO Tower.
