Balfor Education have an exciting opportunity for Youth Workers to join a PRU based in Sandwell.
Our fabulous client is a KS3/4 Pupil Referral Unit and they are seeking experienced Youth Workers to start with them immediately.
The Centre is for pupils who have exhibited challenging behaviors and need support to maintain or engage with a positive learning pathway through alternative provision.
The ideal candidate will have a background of working with pupils with disruptive and challenging behavior and will be able to hit the ground running in a challenging but rewarding environment.
Candidates with Team Teach certificates are encouraged to apply as are candidates with secondary PRU experience, challenging behavior or youth work backgrounds.

In order to apply you will need to have:
- Have experience of working within a challenging environment
- Have some experience or working with SEND pupils.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be prepared to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check carried out.
