Upskill-U is a restorative organisation working to transform communities through restorative approaches and practices and we are now looking to expand our team.

This is part time remote role with occasional travel to training sessions and meetings.

As the Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Coordinator working on one of our projects. This role involves liaising with partners as well as handling associated administrative tasks.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team
  • Forge and maintain positive relationships with partners, mentors and voluntary organisations
  • Collating database keeping client information up to date and seeking out new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, evaluations, and feedback along with generating reports
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence related to the project programme via email & telephone

Experience:

  • Proven experience within an administration/support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset, capable of engaging effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, showing adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
