We have an exciting opportunity within the Longstone area in Edinburgh for confident and motivated individuals to support young people in moving into their own homes, assisting them through this journey of independence and self discovery in accessing their community and maintaining their tenancy.

If successful your daily activities may include:

• Escorting and taking part with people in their daily social activities within the community, this may include supporting an individual to local social groups, swimming, and to the gym.
• Assisting with shopping and helping with household chores/cooking
• Attending health appointments
• Potential support with personal care and working as a team to support a safe environment
