What You’ll Be Doing

As a Year 5 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive learning experience for your pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and meet national curriculum standards.
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every child feels safe and supported.
• Monitoring progress and adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams to support pupil development.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a respectful learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 5 pupils.
• A confident, caring approach to classroom management.
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed.
