This Key Stage 2 teaching post is an excellent opportunity to obtain a post for the rest of the school year working with an enthusiastic and motivated KS2 team. Staff turnover is low, this is a happy school where staff and pupils enjoy being.
The school is well run by a 'Good' senior leadership team (Ofsted) and children perform above the national average and are well behaved. All classrooms are well equipped with technology and resources and each class has a TA - There are also 3 HLTA's in the school and a Teaching Assistant in each class.
You will be expected to be up to date with your knowledge of the national curriculum and although there are no behavioural issues, your classroom management and presence needs to be firm.
The schools are keen to secure the right teacher by Easter 2018 however may be able to start the suitable applicant sooner should they be available.
