Your local Primary School in Abingdon is searching for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Abingdon, to start for September 2024 onwards.

With the projected intake of students for the new academic term, they need greater support for the Year 3 students. Your role will be to be an additional support on their KS2 work, literacy, maths and science. You will have to be able to build rapport with the Year 3 students quickly, to allow them to ask questions when required.

• £83.33 - £90 per day
• Full-time Mon-Fri 8.30am to 3:30pm
• Ideal for Psychology, Counselling or Criminology Graduates

About the Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Abingdon:

• To be enthusiastic, resilient and a determined team player.
• Be able to offer creative and inspiring learning experiences for the Year 3 students.
• Communicate effectively to the KS2 students and Year 3 class teacher. Demonstrating initiative and excellent organisational skills
• To have held 1 years' experience supporting primary age children. It can be in a formal classroom setting or children clubs.
• A strong work ethic to work independently and deliver targeted interventions to support the KS2 children.
