Year 3 Teacher - Harrow
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July (two terms, with the possibility to be extended)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three form entry primary school located in Harrow, North-West London, which is seeking a Year 3 teacher to start in January.

This is a lovely, creative and oversubscribed school, which provides a welcoming and supportive environment and has a good track record of assisting ECTs.

As a three-form entry school, teachers benefit from shared planning within year groups, allowing for reduced workload. The leadership team is approachable and proactive in ensuring staff are well supported and pupils are given every opportunity to thrive.

The successful candidate will:

• Take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills, creating a calm and purposeful environment.
• Work effectively with year group colleagues to plan and assess as part of a supportive teaching team.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote a cohesive school community.

The school is just a 10-minute bus ride from the nearest station, and on-site parking is available for those who drive.
