About the Role - Year 3 Teacher - Waltham Forest, East London
This school is looking to bring in either an experienced practitioner who can show a solid work history and consistently 'Good' lessons or a newly qualified teacher who has the desire to develop into an outstanding teacher following the schools leading induction programme. Children at this school are above average in terms of attainment so subject knowledge will need to be strong. Parents at the school are 'hands on' and so someone who is able to form quick relationships with parents who have a real interest in their child's education will be required. This school would also be keen on finding someone who is ambitious and would like to progress their career over the time they spend at the school. To this end the school provides ongoing professional development and open access to the leadership team's vast teaching knowledge.
