Year 3 Teacher Specification
To be successful, you will be ambitious and dynamic Year 3 Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better by Ofsted in recent observations and the hallmarks of good communication. You must possess the motivational skills to keep a class engaged and interested through exciting, engaging lesson content. The ideal individual should be able to cultivate a learning environment where every pupil strives for and achieves academic excellence. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and high expectations of your pupils behaviour.

As a Year 3 Teacher your role will involve you leading a well-behaved and mixed-ability Year 3 class of 27 pupils.
