Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a passionate, committed Y2 Teacher to join this Good Church of England Primary school based in Ealing for an April 2018 start. This is a full-time role and the salary will be Inner London scale £28660 - £47298
In the school the aim is to provide a happy and secure environment in which every child feels physically and emotionally safe; to help children acquire the appropriate skills to enable them to reach their highest potential intellectually, physically, emotionally, spiritually, morally and socially, and to ensure that all pupils have equal access to a balanced curriculum, incorporating the National Curriculum, which ensures continuity and progression in their academic development.
We are looking for:
-A Y2 Teacher that will uphold the school's Christian ethos in which the Christian faith is shared, explored and enjoyed; to foster respect for, and knowledge and understanding of, their own and different religions, ways of life, languages and cultures and enhance the children's understanding of the multicultural community in which they live.
-A Teacher that holds themselves to the highest of standards and will actively encourage the involvement of parents to become part of the students learning
-A driven individual who can bring a confidence and positive attitude to the work they do.
-A Y2 Teacher with the drive to take on additional responsibilities in the future
This is a role for teaching in a Y2 Class, in a 2-form entry school with an average class size around 29 students.
The school is accessible from the closest station in a 9-minute walk. The school has a large car park for all staff.

To join us and be successful in this Y2 Teacher role you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
