Year 2 teacher required in Stoke on Trent from 26th Feb 2018 to cover maternity

Your new School
You will be teaching a Year 2 class at a lovely school in Stoke on Trent which has been rated ' Good' at their latest Ofsted inspection. The class itself has 29 pupils of mixed ability. None of the children present any sort of behavioural issues. It is essential that you have experience planning, and are able to confidently deliver lessons that cater for KS1 children of all abilities. You must also be able to set clear guidelines, and deliver a stimulating curriculum that motivates and engages all pupils to achieve their full potential.

In order to be considered for the role, you must be an outstanding KS1 teacher, with QTS or equivalent, and be familiar with the KS1 National Curriculum. You should also have excellent behaviour management, and be committed to ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.

You would be working on a full time basis commencing after the Feb half term (26th Feb 2018) and this will run for the full duration of the current teachers maternity leave. The school is looking to expand over the next academic year, meaning there will be plenty of opportunities should you be interested.
