KEY STAGE 1 TEACHING ROLE
We are looking for a strong Year 2 Teacher to join a forward thinking and successful large Primary School based in the East Riding area, this position is to work with a Year 2 class of 23 pupils and 1 Teaching Assistant.
This position is initially a fixed term contract from after May half term until the end of the Summer term, with the possibility of a permanent contract at the end of the fixed term period.
We are looking for a committed Teacher with excellent classroom practice, a thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective implementation of assessment for learning, enthusiasm and commitment to the class for the full period of the contract. The school has over 500 pupils and has a strong and supportive Foundation Unit and SLT.
Qualifications and experience…
You will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and have teaching experience that we are able to reference. We are keen for applications from newly qualified, fully qualified teachers and teachers with leadership experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
