The school is a single form entry primary school and caters for the full primary curriculum.
The Headteacher is seeking a Year 1 class teacher to join them from January. The role will be for the full academic year and a permeant contract is available for the right candidate.
There is the scope to take on the role of PE coordinator which will consist of teaching PE to your Year 1 class and the organisation of matches, tournaments and managing the PE budget.

The school is well resourced, including interactive whiteboards in every classroom. There is plenty of outdoor space, a large playground, playing fields and eco site.
Classes are made up of 30 pupils are there is a full time TA in each class to help and support.
The school have a varied curriculum and offer a holistic approach to learning.
The Headteacher has set out clear boundaries and expectations of where she would like the school to progress and develop.
Pupils make good progress during their time at the school.
The current Year 1 class are made up of 30 pupils, they are on track and there are some good writers within the class. The Headteacher said they are a bright, happy and enjoyable class.

To be eligible for this role you must:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
