Your new school
This inclusive primary school is 2 form entry with average sized classes. They are currently looking to recruit teachers who are ambitious and looking to challenge themselves. They serve a diverse community and a high percentage of pupils have special educational needs and/or receive free school meals. This makes work in this school very rewarding. The children at this school are eager to learn, friendly and enthusiastic. The parents and carers are also friendly and extremely appreciative of the work that is done in school. Your new role
In your new role you will be teaching a year 1 class. The class is not challenging, however would require a teacher with strong classroom management as there can be disruptions. This role will start after Easter 2018 on a full-time basis with all teaching responsibilities including planning, assessments, staff meetings etc. You will have shared PPA time each week.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires a fully qualified Teacher, that has recent teaching experience within a KS1 class. It is important that you have a strong knowledge of the current curriculum and will be able to deliver lessons at ease. You will need to have a passion about teaching and go above and beyond in your new primary school. The school are looking for a teacher who can commit to the length of the assignment and invest in their pupils' learning.
