Year 1 teacher needed for Bridgwater primary school

Monarch Education are currently seeking to employ a Qualified Primary Teacher. This role will be in a school in Bridgwater working with a year 1 class, full time. The job will begin in February 2018 and will finish at the end of the academic year however the school are looking for a permanent teacher for the following academic year commencing September 2018 which may be offered to you.

We are looking to recruit people who are organised and able to build good relationships with students, teachers and parents. The school promotes a friendly and family feel and are looking for people who have good behavioural management for the more challenging students.

As a Teacher, you will have the responsibility of planning lessons to suit all the children's needs and marking their work. So that you can assess the student's progression, you will be asked to create relevant assignments and keeping a record of the progression to report back to teachers and parents.

You must have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous experience in teaching in a School environment to ensure you provide the students with the best standard of teaching. Your duties will include planning and developing lesson plans to support the national curriculum, creating a fun and safe learning environment and support all students with their different levels of ability.
