About the role:
A SEN support worker to work in the brand new facility based in Fulham supporting service uses on a the short break program. Situated near Parsons Green Station.
*Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad programme of play opportunities including sports, games, arts, and crafts, activities on site and in the community.
*Assist in providing opportunities for the children that are fun, creative and offer the children developmental experiences.
*act as a key worker to a child/family when necessary (time limited)
*Supervise and deliver activities both on site and of site in the community.
*Provide personal care when necessary.
*listen to children, identify their needs and respond appropriately
*ensure the health and safety of those in their care
*monitor and evaluate activities within a quality framework including report writing
If needed to family in the Family home as a Home carer
*Vast experience with supporting services with special needs.
*be able to work either early morning, day, evening, and weekends as needed
