We are currently searching for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our prestigious client’s team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls from suppliers , customers and depots
- Monitoring the email inbox and responding appropriately
- Dealing with customer queries regarding queries and complaints
- Processing information on internal databases
- Working in a fast paced customer service environment
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring to meet targets and deadlines
Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar industry
- Customer service experience is essential
- Confident telephone manner
Hours of Work: between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
