X2 Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an established developer site based in Essex on a large regeneration project, consisting of traditional build and RC frame housing and apartments.

Duties will include:

• Assisting the Site Manager to ensure the project is completed within the build programme
• Assist in the management of all aspects of the construction process, this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing top quality customer service.
• Assist in ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high quality image

You must have traditional build/RC Frames experience, working with a UK based housing developer or residential contractor and will have either a trade background or an industry related qualification.
