Duties as a Workshop Operative:-
You will be tasked to use the shot blasting machine.
Undertake Deburring and fettling to clean rough edges and ensure a fantastic finish.
Help out around the workshop/factory as required.
Read engineering drawings.
You will be using hand tools throughout the day.
Skills/experience needed for this Workshop Operative role:-
You will be able to read basic engineering drawings.
Have a background within engineering.
Be able to use hand tools.
Be happy to work in a dirty environment although the new extension will be cleaner.
Benefits for the Workshop Operative role:-
Salary - £15,210 to £19,266 depending on your skills and experience.
Production & attendance related bonus (Monthly).
20 days holiday + 8 bank holiday.
