Your new company
A leading supplier into the Oil & Gas industry are now seeking a Workshop Manager to join their team due to an internal promotion. Currently supplying Industrial Valves and Controls; this business has been a mainstay of the industry and have seen substantial growth within recent years.
Your new role
As the Workshop Manager, you will be reporting into the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Project Manager. You will be managing the overall quality of products created whilst also liaising directly with the customers to update them on their estimated times of arrival. You will be expected to support the maintenance team whilst also managing the site budget.
What you'll need to succeed
Having worked as a Workshop Manager (or a similar position) for in excess of 2 years you will be considered for this vacancy. Ideally you will have worked within a manufacturing business supplying into the Oil&Gas industry. You'll be able to clearly demonstrate how you've managed to improve the overall margin within your previous roles.
What you'll get in return
You'll be paid up to £35,000 as the Workshop Manager; in addition to this you'll be entitled to a wide range of company benefits.
