My client, one of the UK's leading National Commercial Vehicle Rental companies is looking to employ an experienced Workshop Administrator / Service Administrator / Depot Administrator for their busy site in the West Midlands.
The ideal Workshop Administrator / Service Administrator / Depot Administrator would be reporting directly to the Depot Manager / Service Manager.
Not everyday will be the same, so a flexible approach to your work is key as you may be required to carry out duties due to business requirements.
Some of the duties of Workshop Administrator / Service Administrator / Depot Administrator are as follows:
·Input and create work orders on Internal system
·Deal with reported defects and arrange attendance for breakdown calls
·Obtain purchase orders for recharges
·Planning of service inspections and MOT’s
·Input labour hours and description of work
·Ordering of parts and link to work order
Having previous experience working in a Fleet Workshop is an absolute must for this role.
Coming from a Commercial Vehicle background is a huge advantage.
