Are you a Works Manager looking for a new exciting contract? Do you have rail
experience? Well this could be your lucky day as Randstad CPE is currently seeking a Works Manager
to work on a rail project in Central London!

Roles and Responsibilities:
 To plan and manage all site based activities to ensure contracts are delivered on time
 Successfully manage multiple contracts/packages at any given time
 Help deliver the fit-out / internal finishes of the station (blockwork, brickwork, screeding
and ceilings etc.)
 Quality control
 Liaise with client representatives, updating them on the works
 Co-ordinate all sub-contractors

Candidate Requirements:
 Previous experience on Tier 1 Major Projects
 The ability to motivate and drive a team effectively
 Ensure all aspects of health & safety and quality are adhered to


The successful candidate will have a PTS card and will have a proven track record within a
