Working Cleaning Supervisor – Private Members’ Gym

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at an exclusive private members’ gym.

This is a working supervisory role, meaning you will be expected to carry out cleaning duties alongside the cleaning team while ensuring the highest cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the cleaning team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.

• Supervise and support cleaners during each shift.

• Ensure all cleaning specifications, schedules and checklists are followed.

• Monitor the quality of cleaning and carry out regular inspections.

• Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard before the end of each shift.

• Ensure team members arrive on time, complete their full shifts and follow company procedures.

• Provide guidance, training and support to team members where required.

• Report any issues, maintenance concerns or staffing matters to management.

• Lead by example with a positive, professional and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Reliable, organised and able to motivate a team.

• Right to work in the UK.
