Rate: £18.00 per hour - £20.00 per hour

The vacancy: We are currently working alongside one of our largest Regional Contractor clients who have secured some work over spring

The scope of works will be carried out in un - occupied schools. You will be working with various trades on a fast turn around programme , reporting into a visiting Project Manager

As a working foreman you will be accountable and responsible for the trades on site as well as your own scope of works

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Carpentry
  • Health & Safety
  • Reading drawings
  • Dealing with issues and queries
  • Resolving Problems

The contractor: A Local Regional Developer that specialise Framework Contracts from School work to Hospital Work

The Projects: Various schools across Sussex

The ideal applicant:

  • Carpentry Background
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong man-management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
  • SSSTS ( Advantage not Essential )
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid.
