The successful candidate will lead, co-ordinate and facilitate workforce planning and development in collaboration with service colleagues ensuring each NHS Lanarkshire strategic planning work stream has a workforce plan that sustains the current and future delivery of integrated care services for patients and services users as part of the Lanarkshire health and social care strategy.

You will also provide workforce planning expertise and support to pan-Lanarkshire Workforce Planning in addition to delivering workforce planning for specific strategic change projects.

The Post Holder will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant area i.e. clinical or general management, service planning, information management or human resources. You will have postgraduate level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant area i.e. general management, change management, service planning, information management or human resources.
