A leading NHS Organisation are looking for an experience Workforce Planning Manager on an interim/contract basis.
Your new role
An interim/contract position based in Preston or Manchester as a Workforce Planning Manager / Analyst.
You will be working with a planning analyst to utilise the planning data effectively and build a demand and resource model.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good stakeholder engagement skills and change management experience
Understand current approach to forecasting & planning.
Link current workforce and rotas to demand model and provide reports on this and gap analysis.
Build daily reports providing visibility.
What you'll get in return
A 6 month contract with option to extend at £25 per hour.
