Workforce Planning Analyst

Our Client based in Thame are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to join their team on a 4-6 Month FTC.

This role will work to support the Workforce Planning Manager with their view to implimenting a 'team blueprint' for 540 different sites. 

Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Parking: YES
Salary: Up to £30,000pa

The role would involve complex analysis and model building, whilst also collaborating and consulting effectively across head office and hotel operations teams. Some travel will be required for this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Help to develop the principles of the 'team blueprint' for a number of sites across the UK
- Provide consultancy support for Site managers, District Managers, Regional Directors and People Business partners on aligning the current workforce to the future plans
- Take a key role in the working group for the implementation of the blueprint, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Work in collaboration with other Analysts in the people team to produce dashboard to track alignment to the existing blueprints
-Provide insight and data as required for analysis relating to the workforce blueprints

To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant and recent experience working in a similar role with excellent advanced excel knowledge and previous experience working with Data reporting and data manipulation. Project reporting experience would be desirable.
