More than ever workforce information is at the heart of everything we do – we need your passion, skill and tenacity to help lead our Workforce Information team, producing and analysing the data we need to help us measure and monitor impact, make improvements and fly the flag for our fab team. This is not a back office role where you will just sit crunching numbers behind a desk - workforce information underpins our planning and decision making. It helps us celebrate success and our design plans to improve. We know you are out there – we just need to find you.

Our Workforce and OD team is creative and innovative and we have a passion and drive to improve how we use workforce information across our organisation to direct, inform strategy and measure impact. If you share this view of workforce information and want a role where you are involved in all aspects of data development to deliver our strategy then we want to hear from you.

You will be an integral part of our Workforce and OD team helping us create and implement high quality workforce information reporting and systems . You will be a subject matter expert in ESR or another workforce information system and in its reporting capability.

With a focus on triangulating information and designing predictive data reports you will have experience of developing highly accurate and innovative reports. You will have high level analytical skills, presentation and communication skills. You will have experience as a leader of a team and in motivating and empowering your team to be the best they can be.

In partnership with the Head of Employee Services and Head of Health Roster you will drive the optimisation of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) across the Trust and plan, implement and promote the effective use of the system. You will work closely with our BI Team to facilitate the move of our reporting onto QlikView, developing reports in BI, so experience in statistical analysis tools such as SQL will be essential. You will be driving innovation too - leading on specific projects and managing the implementation of developments in ESR both short term and long term.

You will need to build effective relationships and work in partnership with others in the wider Workforce Team. Building and maintain good working relationships with a range of managers and teams will be key to develop reporting functionality.

What can we offer you in return? You will have the freedom to innovate and be creative in all things workforce data and we will support you with any development you need to help us grow and develop the data and reporting solutions we can offer the organisation.
