It helps us celebrate success and our design plans to improve. We know you are out there – we just need to find you.
Our Workforce and OD team is creative and innovative and we have a passion and drive to improve how we use workforce information across our organisation to direct, inform strategy and measure impact. You will have experience as a leader of a team and in motivating and empowering your team to be the best they can be.
In partnership with the Head of Employee Services and Head of Health Roster you will drive the optimisation of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) across the Trust and plan, implement and promote the effective use of the system.
