A new post has been created within the Central Services function of a national provider of specialist accommodation.
As the Workforce Coordinator you will have day-to-day responsibility for the production of casual worker contracts; administration of starter and leaver documentation; processing timesheets and processing the weekly payroll for the Company’s summer workforce of approximately 100-150 casual workers.
The Summer Workforce Coordinator will be based in the Company’s Head Office in the City of London and will assist the Payroll & Benefits Advisor and the HR team to provide a high standard of support, guidance and advice to Summer Workers and Management teams located in the Company’s nation-wide residences.
To be succesful in this role you will be highly organised, highly numerate, have excellent communication and administration skills, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel. Ideally, the individual will have previous experience of HR Administration and/or payroll, however, full training will be provided.
In return you will join a professional firendly team, who work to provide a first class HR service to all its personnel- in addition you will renumerated with a pro rated salary of £22,000, along with 25 days annual leave (Pro rated) pension plus more.
This role is due to commence in early May 2018 until late October 2018.
