Working as a Workforce Business Partner reporting to the Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisation Development, we are looking for an experienced HR practitioner to work within a friendly and vibrant team, supporting and enabling leaders in one of our Service Delivery Units to implement our workforce framework, strategies, plans and interventions.
You will need to have a solid and demonstrable track record in HR and be familiar with working in a Business Partnering model alongside senior managers and leaders. NHS experience is preferable but not essential provided you have the relevant skills and experience which are transferable to an NHS environment. You will need to show good communication and influencing skills, an analytical mind and the ability to interpret workforce metrics and drive through improvements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
