Your new role
The Workforce Planning Manager will work remotely as part of the Bid Management team initially, with a focus on developing cost effective and creative resource and scheduling scenarios that support the delivery of services outlined by the clients.
Works closely with the Commercial and Bid Director in the development of commercial models and assumptions relative to Contact Centre variable FTE.
Be responsible - post win - for the design of headcount and scheduling plans to support recruitment and onboarding, developing the planning and real time management tools that will drive implementation to plan and live service delivery to SLAs
What you'll need to succeed
? Highly experienced in best practice Contact centre workforce management and scheduling methods
? Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.
? strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to influence and co-ordinate others.
? Confident in dealing with external clients.
? good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders. ? the ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure.
? Ability to adapt to new working environments and it the ground running.
What you'll get in return
£55,000 per annum plus package
