A graduate with experience in HR administration you are ready to broaden your expertise in a business that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That business is AkzoNobel. We are opening a new People Services Centre in Poland to support our global business. We are now looking for a Workforce Administration Specialist to oversee HR admin systems supporting the employee life cycle from hire to retire.

As Workforce Administration Specialist you will provide administrative system support covering employee life cycle changes from new hires and transfers to promotions and terminations. This will involve creating employment contracts, letters and memos as well as updating systems too. Important will be the ability to ensure People Services operates in line with turn-around time SLA’s, quality standards and policies. You will also handle individual customer inquiries and provide specialist expertise to resolve specific cases and escalate issues as appropriate. We will look to you to deliver an excellent customer experience as well as identify opportunities to improve our HR support service

Job requirements/Candidate profile

A graduate you will be used to operating HR admin services and to working with HR Information Systems. You must have good communication, problem solving and customer service skills too. Good at prioritising, you will have an eye for detail and the ability to keep pace with developments in labour relations. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, y ou must also have an excellent standard of English and ideally Dutch, French, German or Swedish language skills.
