You will ensure that the College adopts best practice for the safe placement of its students. The role will work closely within the department to ensure that all students, are in scope of the college expectations are accessing and demonstrating competence in placement against the awarding body criteria and expectations. The role will work closely with workplace supervisors in order that students receive detailed feedback and develop in a manner that will support them in completing their qualifications successfully.
You must have experience of delivering quality customer care, assessment of qualification performance and support for learners in meeting unit requirements. Experience of contacting new and potential clients/customers via phone and email, working with young people and adults in a supportive and advisory capacity and communicating with all levels of an organisation is essential for this role.
You must have a full Level 3 or equivalent qualification. You must also have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C,4-9) or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent or be willing to obtain them.
