Based in the centre of Taunton, the role will involve running reception including but not limited to;
- Handling queries via telephone and email and forwarding where necessary
- Greeting visitors and issuing relevant badges
- Handling petty cash
- Requisitioning of goods
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds. Also required is a strong proficiency in data entry and the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
