Work from home Administrator

An exciting opportunity within our clients growing food safety consultancy division has arisen for a scheduler/administrator who has experience of working from home, self-motivated with an eagerness to provide an excellent customer focused approach.

The successful candidate will be based within 10- 15 mile radius of Leeds City Centre and will work in collaboration with local Scheduling Team leader.

Working remotely, you will be responsible for liaising with clients internationally; scheduling consultancy visits; booking travel and accommodation; maintaining diaries and spreadsheets; creating cost effective itineraries.

Key requirements:

  • Flexibility and the ability to multi task

Good planning skills

  • Excellent communication skills - sales training would be preferable
  • Ability to work remotely and manage own workload
  • Outstanding customer service attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Full working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential

This position is offering part time hours with the option of development into full time.

Initial working hours: Minimum 20 hours per week - can be flexible

Starting salary: circa £20K pro rata
