Search Office Services are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Team Leader to join our successful Financial Services client based in Clydebank Business Park.

If you are looking for 9.00 - 5.00 type hours, these roles will be perfect for you. The working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch, leaving you plenty of time of time to enjoy your evenings and weekends. Although you won't be based in the City Centre, you are only a stones throw from Clydebank Shopping Centre to hit up the shops at lunchtime.

This business are easily accessible for anyone based in the Clydebank and West Dunbartonshire area and likewise for anyone travelling from further afar the transport links are excellent, being based a walkable distance from Clydebank or Singer train stations.

Key Duties:
- Maintaining and improving day to day work flow
- Tracking and maintenance of daily workflow
- Managing a team of 10-12 staff
- Making pro active customer contact
- Escalation of issues to front line manager
-Carrying out own daily workload also
