Ideally, you will be working as an Assistant currently within Wills and Probate. Alternatively, the firm would consider candidates that are working as Legal Secretary looking to take a step up into a role with further responsibility.
In this role the Wills and Probate Legal Assistant will support the Senior Fee Earner with their caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters and then work towards building the responsibilities to run a small caseload of their own files. The Assistant will also be involved with the drafting of various legal documentation, as well as carrying out general team administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone looking to further progress their career within Wills and Probate work.
Required Skills & Experience:
* You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience within the Legal Sector
* Ideally you will have worked in a Wills and Probate department
* Ability to draft various legal documentation
* Able to carry out general team administration
