Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (DOE)
Flexible Working: Full-time / Part-time / Hybrid considered

Are you an experienced private client specialist looking to join a friendly, well-established South Yorkshire law firm with a strong reputation and loyal client base?
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a long-standing and reputable legal practice in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Wills & Probate Lawyer to take the next step in their career, within a supportive environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.

The Role:


You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Trusts
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Court of Protection work
  • Inheritance Tax and estate planning advice


You'll be supported by an experienced team and benefit from high-quality work and strong administrative support.

About You:
  • You'll be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP-qualified fee earner.
  • You'll have proven experience in handling a broad range of Wills & Probate matters.
  • You'll be empathetic, client-focused and highly organised.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a personable, professional manner are key.
