Job Title: International Wholesale & Franchise Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to support the International Wholesale Manager to grow the Holland & Barrett Wholesale business, achieve sales and profit targets, manage an efficient operation and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will support in managing orders, monitoring product dispatch and ensure timely payment. Additionally, this role will provide support to the Franchise business on the administration of export documents where required. This role represents an excellent introduction to the H&B International partnerships business, with an opportunity to understand the international business model and processes, work directly with customers and provides a platform for further career growth within the team. Current business scope is 15+ International franchise and wholesale markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Delivery of sales and profit         

  • Support the International Wholesale Manager to ensure monthly sales performance targets are achieved and that payments are received on time
  • Use analysis of product purchases to "trade the business" and identify commercial opportunity to grow key accounts

Wholesale growth plan

  • Support new wholesale customer launches to ensure on time and on brand
  • Undertake desktop research where needed to provide wholesale industry and regional insights (competitor, customer, macro)


  • Support in developing plans for product and promotion opportunities to drive wholesale sales
  • Produce selling tools and obtain brand collateral to support on new product launches
  • Ensure the action plans for the wholesale key accounts are kept up to date
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate pricing and timely invoicing

Wholesale operations   

  • Administer the ordering and forecasting process for all wholesale customers
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
  • Work closely with the regulatory services to ensure all product registration is achieved

Wholesale insight and reporting

  • Produce wholesale sales, margin, product and customer reports as required
  • Produce commercial benchmarking reports to highlight areas of opportunity

Wholesale relationship management    

  • Support the Wholesale Manager in managing the relationships with wholesale customers
  • Attend customer meetings, both office and field based as required
  • Support in regular alignment/action planning calls with wholesale customers
  • Build strong collaborative relationships within H&B; within the International Development team, Buying, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, Finance teams

Franchise support           

  • Provide support and coordination on creating and distributing franchise export documents where required

The Person

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative, commercial or analytical role
  • Experience of coordinating business processes
  • Able to accurately and efficiently manage and analyse data across multiple data sets
  • Able to operate effectively as a team player and to communicate and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and with external partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment, with multi-tasking and working independently where needed
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for Health & Wellness
  • Desire to develop cultural awareness from working with a diverse set of customers in international geographies
  • Desire to develop and grow as the International business expands
