Wholesale Executive - Iconic Global Luxury Brand

Central London

Salary; Up to £32,000 + Bonus and Benifits

Position Overview

This iconic fine jewellery and watch brand is looking for a Wholesale Executive to support a busy and lucrative department. The Company offers an energetic and rewarding working environment with the opportunity to engage and delight our customers with our exceptional product offerings and exemplary customer service. The candidate will coordinate activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Wholesale team. They will also support the efforts of the wholesale team to build relationships with Multi-Brand Retailers (MBRs) and to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Wholesale Partners and Agents to maximise growth and business potential
  • Ensure effective, accurate and prompt handling of Partners’ queries
  • Keeping our partners always up-to-date with regards to their orders, shipping, delays, marketing initiatives
  • Produce monthly wholesale sales analysis
  • Liaising with Shipping team on maintenance of the delivery schedule
  • Liaising with Production team to keep track of stock arrival and bespoke orders
  • Liaising with Finance team on partners’ payment terms, invoices and credit notes
  • Working closely with VM Manager to ensure our stock is well presented at all times in all our points of sale
  • Involvement in Marketing & Communications department with regards to Wholesale initiatives
  • Updating Master Catalogue, Brand Story, Training Manual, Price lists and pro-actively thinking on how to improve them
  • Research and work on Wholesale projects
  • Order Processing
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks to include filing, preparing documents and presentations, updating client records, diary management, travel bookings and processing expenses
  • Distribution of POS (point of sale) materials to MBRs
  • Assist with day to day business errands
  • Assist with wholesale events
  • General ad-hoc duties Skills Required/Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in wholesale luxury goods
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with limited supervision
  • Proactive team worker and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with team and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiast and dedicated to his job
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in Luxury Jewellery would be an advantage
  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
