Manage White Label accounts across the vape and FMCG channels in your area, acquire new accounts and grow portfolio sales. Work with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver exciting product launches and trade marketing initiatives.

The White Label Executive role will be to work directly into the White Label Manager and working with Key Account Manager and the Head of Sales to strategically grow the Cuts Ice "MY VAPE BRAND" by delivering new business and instore activation of white label products.


  • Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Work with White Label to grow brand within their portfolio by delivering commercial initiatives.
  • Work with the Marketing team on brand deliverables.
  • Review, develop and update the key sales KPIs with the Head of Sales.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations to existing clients and prospects.
  • Attend and produce important data for S and OP meetings.
  • Develop all WL account communications.
  • Manage WL Accounts P&L and Budget.
  • Own demand planning of all WL accounts, based on sales out data and customer engagement.
  • Work with Marketing to help design customer brands and packaging.
  • Develop new flavours and suggest next core range with customers.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in the vape channel desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience as brand ambassador or Business development manager in an FMCG company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Some international experience would be an advantage.
  • Good soft skills.
  • A solution driven mentality.
