£20,000 (plus full study support)

Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire

We’re looking for a driven and passionate individual who wants to kick-start their career in accountancy by joining our School Leaver programme within Finance. By joining this programme, you will be gaining hands on experience in one of the fastest growing FTSE 100 companies whilst not having to worry about the debt that university can bring. Our programme is based across the whole of Whitbread giving you the chance to experience Finance roles within a range of different businesses including Costa, Premier Inn, Restaurants and our Group function.

Our programme is a 3-5-year structure ensuring that you experience various roles within Finance. In return for your commitment, we will offer you on-going guidance and support you throughout the programme. We will also encourage and support you to study the relevant qualifications to become either a Chartered Certified Accountant or a Chartered Management Accountant.  Together, this will accelerate your development and equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a fantastic career within Finance.

What we're looking for in you:

  • At least 120* UCAS points across 3 A-Levels (excluding General Studies).
  • 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including English, Mathematics and Science.

Personality is also important to us; we’re looking for ambitious people with fantastic people skills.
