Our client, a large, Public Sector body are looking for an immediately available Welsh-speaking Recruitment Helpdesk Resourcer to be home-based

Description

Duties and responsibilities of the Welsh-speaking Recruitment Helpdesk Resourcer role include, but are not limited to:

* Answer and screen helpdesk calls and emails from potential candidates

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and zoom interviews with suitably qualified candidates.

* Transfer calls to relevant members of the Recruitment team

* Effective management of the candidate pipeline

Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Welsh-speaking Recruitment Helpdesk Resourcer will possess:

  • Experience as either an internal recruiter within a recruitment business/HR Human Resources role/Customer Service experience

  • Fluent Welsh-speaker

Job Offer

The successful candidate for the role of Welsh-speaking Recruitment Helpdesk Resourcer will benefit from the flexibility to work from any location in the UK as this is a home-based role, an immediate start and an equivalent £20,000 per annum salary.
