Duties involved in this role include but are not limited to:
• Working as part of a team in ensuring all relevant information is inputted/uploaded to relevant databases and maintained.
• Making sure any financial claims are received and processed according to agreed timescales.
• Acting as point of contact for external personnel in respect of tracking and recording arrangements and answering queries accordingly.
• Helping to ensure that effective I.T. systems are in place, maintained and further developed as necessary.
• Liaise with other teams within the organisation to ensure your team achieves its objectives.
• Undertake any administrative duties and executive work required.
